Shows a dark ruby/purple color and sweet black currant fruit with nice licorice, herb, and tobacco leaf characteristics. There is some nice subtle oak, relatively sweet tannin, and a medium to full-bodied, rather opulent finish. This is top-notch stuff although, in a portfolio known for its bargains, quite pricey. This wine should drink well for 10-15+ years.
