Preferred caterers are contracted for all events. We expect the attention to detail that Chateau St. Jean itself carries, it's especially important that these catered events are executed with as much consideration of certain standards as possible. |

- Caterer must provide verification of license and insurance.
- Access to kitchen is provided, but access to kitchen supplies is extremely limited.
- Caterer responsible to bring all equipment and food for event.
- Placement of staging/décor will need to be passed by event manager.
- Wine served at event is requested to be from the CSJ portfolio.
- All industrial equipment (glass racks, crates) out of site.
- Moving of any furnishing requires approval of event manager.
- No barbecues on lawns or near shrubs and small trees.
- No equipment/dance floors on lawns without the event manager's approval.
