- Caterer must provide verification of license and insurance.
- Access to kitchen is provided, but access to kitchen supplies is extremely limited.
- Caterer responsible to bring all equipment and food for event.
- Placement of staging/décor will need to be passed by event manager.
- Wine served at event is requested to be from the CSJ portfolio.
- All industrial equipment (glass racks, crates) out of site.
- Moving of any furnishing requires approval of event manager.
- No barbecues on lawns or near shrubs and small trees.
- No equipment/dance floors on lawns without the event manager's approval.
