A round and juicy mid-palate, with polished tannins, leads to a lush finish with cassis on the close.

Cinq Cépages (“Five Varieties”) is a Bordeaux-style blend with fruit selected from the finest Bordeaux variety vineyards in Sonoma County. Each component is aged separately for two years in small French and American oak barrels before blending. Black cherry, bittersweet chocolate, and blueberries fill the nose of this Cabernet Sauvignon. The entry begins with elegant, round tannins that surround flavors of cocoa, black cherries, white chocolate, plums and cedar and continue throughout a long, roasty oak finish.

The 2006 Malbec Reserve is an absolute favorite at the winery and with Malbec lovers everywhere.  Our Asti Vineyard, in the Northern part of Sonoma County, enjoys the perfect combination of elements for growing this unique varietal.  The result is a Malbec with very pleasant notes of violet candy with intense, sweet spice on the palate balanced by notes of plums, cassis, blackberries and black cherries. It is creamy, smooth and ripe in the mouth with soft, round tannins and a long silky finish.  Just spectacular!

Aromas of ripe blueberries, violets and dark chocolate lift from the glass on this 2005 vintage Cabernet Franc. Dense and highly extracted, this wine has a plush entry with well-integrated tannins, a richness of fruit and accents of black pepper and roasted coffee. Subtle notes of blueberry and roasted oak linger on the finish. A very versatile wine with lots of finesse.
