Chardonnay Class every Friday at 3 pm
Chardonnay: It's All About Terroir
Chateau St. Jean was founded around a concept cherished for centuries in Europe but new to California – terroir. This French word speaks volumes about how each vineyard’s unique combination of climate, soil and growing conditions determine a grape’s flavor and intensity. Focusing on terroir, we will be tasting chardonnays from Robert Young, Belle Terre, Durell and Cold Creek Vineyards. We will also share with you our Reserve Chardonnay, a selection of the finest lots from these revered Sonoma County vineyards.

  • Duration: 45 min.
  • Cost: $25 per person. Reservations required.
