We do offer many of our wines by the glass. Picnic tables are for patrons of Chateau St. Jean only. We cannot reserve picnic tables and our grounds can be closed due to special events. Each of the wines created during the seminar will compete for the “Best Blend”. "Cinq Cépages" stands for Five Varieties. Each Bordeaux component of this iconic wine will be tasted to determine the unique characteristics that are brought to the final blend. An extensive reserve tasting of our finest wines will conclude this fun and informative exercise.

This in-depth tasting highlights Chateau St. Jean's single-vineyard Chardonnays from Robert Young Vineyard, Belle Terre Vineyard, Durell Vineyard and Cold Creek Ranch and shows the unique characters that each brings to our Reserve Chardonnay.

Guests will be greeted with a glass of wine in our beautiful Mediterranean gardens before enjoying a guided terroir and history tour. Guests will then be escorted to a shady patio for a private reserve wine tasting followed by a picnic box lunch with assorted Sonoma County wines.
