2013 Chateau St. Jean Dry Creek Merlot

This second vintage of Chateau St. Jean’s Dry Creek Valley Merlot is sourced from the Louvau Vineyard located on the Dry Creek Valley bench. The vineyard’s well-drained, and naturally restrictive soils force the vines to focus on producing concentrated fruit. This Dry Creek Valley Merlot opens with vivid aromas of blackberry jam and perfume with subtle clove spice notes. The wine is elegant and plush with generous flavors of fresh berry compote and intriguing violet notes. The wine is well-balanced with polished tannins and a lengthy finish

2013 Chateau St. Jean AV Malbec

Chateau St. Jean makes its home in the heart of Sonoma, a region of dramatic diversity perfect for growing a wide variety of exceptional grapes. The Alexander Valley is one of Sonoma's oldest and warmest winegrowing regions with unique topography, climate, and soils perfect for growing Malbec. This wine exhibits generous fruit flavors of blackberry, currant, and notes of warm spice - all unique characteristics of the Alexander Valley.

2013 Chateau St. Jean Robert Young Reserve AV Chardonnay

This single-vineyard Chardonnay opens with bright aromas of lemon curd, ripe Anjou pear and freshly grated nutmeg spice. The nose is highlighted on the palate with honeysuckle and lemon oil notes. The focused fruit flavors here are a signature of Chardonnay from the Robert Young Vineyard, as is the rich texture and notes of minerality. This well-structured non-malolactic wine has a creamy, full-bodied texture that pulls through to the graceful finish.
