Tasting Notes

Intense aromas of ripe apricot, peach and lemon zest fill the nose of this rich dessert wine. A creamy and sweet entry is followed by nectarine, orange cream, and honey flavors. The wine is perfectly balanced with acidity and has a clean finish.

Vineyard Notes

Belle Terre Vineyard, owned by the Dick Family, is located on the Russian River in southern Alexander Valley. Over the past three decades, the Dick Family has built a reputation as one of the premier grape growing families in the region.

Winemaking Notes

Botrytis-affected wines are made from grapes affected by “Noble Rot” known as Botrytis cinereal. The grapes are hand-selected and then individually hand-sorted to choose only Botrytis-affected berries and partial clusters, specially processed and fermented in stainless steel to capture the unique unctu-ous sweetness of the fruit.
