The 2023 St. Jean Vineyard Cabernet Franc is dark and structured. Aromas of blue and black fruits fill the air; subtle smoky herbaceous notes complementing black pepper spice and tobacco. On the palate, black plum, cherry, and raspberry flow freely, supported by beautifully integrated acidity and softly structured tannins. Spice and vanilla linger on the finish. Pair with savory goat cheese tart, grilled asparagus or poblano peppers, or molé duck tacos with pickled red onions.

The 2022 St. Jean Vineyard Cabernet Franc is a dark, concentrated wine. On the nose, black raspberry, cherry, and floral notes swirl among accents of spice. The palate offers dense black raspberry and black cherry flavors, with dried strawberry and black pepper. Velvety tannins contribute to the medium-body, providing nice structure. A subtle savory character is present on the finish. Pair with Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog cheese with toasted baguette, or roasted mushroom cream sauce with pappardelle.
The 2021 St. Jean Vineyard Cabernet Franc is a dark, concentrated wine. On the nose, black cherry, crème de cassis, and dark chocolate notes swirl among accents of spice. The palate offers concentrated dark fruit characters with black pepper and brown spice. Round, supple tannins create a medium-bodied profile with a savory finish. Pair with grilled herb-crusted pork tenderloin, pasta Bolognese, or creamy polenta with sausage ragu.
