The fruit for this wine comes from the Macaama Ranch Vineyard located in the southern corner of Alexander Valley.This vineyard features felta clay loam – very gravelly, well-draining soils mixed with St. Helena ash and mixed volcanic rock. All the fruit came from Block 12 and is exclusively Chardonnay Clone 17.

This wine is a nod to our Sonoma County heritage, offering baked apple and pear with accents of flower, buttercream and soft meringue.
